ISO Single Fiber Standard Adjacent Acrylic 105-F05

The ISO Adjacent Acrylic is a plain weave, medium weight, acrylic fabric. It does not contain any finishes, resins, binders, softeners, or dyes.  It is used as an acrylic single fiber adjacent fabric in ISO 105 tests. It conforms to the specifications outlined for adjacent fabrics and acrylic in ISO 105-A01 and F05.  Adjacent fabrics are undyed cloths used in colorfastness testing for the assessment of staining. The general principal of the color fastness tests involves a specimen of a textile to be tested with the adjacent fabric attached to it. Any staining that occurs on the adjacent fabric after the test is evaluated.
