ISO Single Fiber Standard Adjacent Viscose 105-F02

The ISO Adjacent Viscose is a plain weave, medium weight, viscose fabric. It does not contain any finishes, resins, binders, softeners, or dyes. It is used as a viscose single fiber adjacent fabric in ISO 105 tests. It conforms to the specifications outlined for adjacent fabrics and viscose in ISO 105-A01 and F02. Adjacent fabrics are undyed cloths used in colorfastness testing for the assessment of staining. The general principal of the color fastness tests involves a specimen of a textile to be tested with the adjacent fabric attached to it. Any staining that occurs on the adjacent fabric after the test is evaluated.
