439UXW Desized, Unbleached, Percale Sheeting

439UXW is an unbleached, desized, cotton percale sheeting. It is medium weight, extra wide, and is a clean fabric with excellent colorfastness properties. It is primarily used as a fabric for wrapping, storage, and covering. This fabric is extra wide, it cannot be shipped full width (115”) by USPS, UPS, DHL, or FED EX.
This fabric has two shipping options available. (none of which are cheap)
1. It can be folded and shipped in the normal way from Testfabrics in 5 meter length cuts, folded and wrapped.
2. It can be shipped by truck, full width on roll 115” wide.
Description
Our stock fabrics are prepared for printing and dyeing through controlled desizing, scouring, and bleaching, with no added sizings, finishes, or resins. Each lot is validated in our lab for weight, width, pH, dye affinity, and overall continuity with previous production. When any characteristic shifts outside expected tolerances, the change is documented and communicated.
