ASTM Black Crock Squares 2’ x 2” with straight edges are dyed Direct Black 22 and used in colorfastness tests using leather.
Description
400 Direct Black 22 is a dyed black cotton fabric that has been cut into 2” x 2” straight edge pieces. All dyed fabrics have been washed, dried, and a technical data report regarding it’s physical and colorfastness properties is available on request.
*Note: AATCC test method 8, section 5.3, allows for the use of alternate types of crockmeter cloth
