This is a custom woven fabric specifically used for the calibration of tensile test equipment. It is woven with separator skip to allow for easy cutting into individual test specimen and a guideline thread woven to alight the specimen with the break jaws.

Red 40 Stain Cup and Ring
A set of two stain cups and rings that are used along with the FD&C Red 40 dye in AATCC Test Method 175, Stain Resistance: Pile Floor Coverings are available. The use of the cup and ring results in uniform stained areas for evaluation.

It is a consistent, chemically neutral, viscose fabric that will exhibit predictable background microbial growth and odor absorption activity when used with methods such as AATCC TM100, AATCC TM216, ASTM E2149, ISO 20743, ISO 17299-3, and IACM 0714.
