The AATCC 9-Step Chromatic Transference Scale is an evaluation scale used to assess color loss, color transfer, and color staining in AATCC test methods.


The AATCC Gray Scale for Staining is designed to visually evaluate the degree of color staining from a tested textile to an adjacent material.
The scale consists of a series of gray chips arranged in numerical steps, each representing a visually perceptible difference in staining rating from 5 (no staining) to 1 (severe staining).


Natural and Synthetic Mulltifiber Fabric with eight fibers containing acetate, cotton, nylon, polyester, acrylic, silk, viscose and wool.


AATCC Crockmeter Cloth 1 meter pack is folded and comes with a certificate of conformity and detailed test report.

AATCC Crock Block for carpet testing and floor coverings testing. The rubbing finger for pile fabrics and textile floor coverings (carpets, but not rugs) is a rubbing finger with a rectangular rubbing surface with the lead edge rounded, measuring 19mm × 25.4mm, known as the crock block. Made with acrylic plastic. The dimensions of the rectangular acrylic rubbing surface is approximately 19.0mm x 25.4mm(0.75” x 1”).The rubbing block projects downward from the weighted arm of the crockmeter machine.


AATCC CVC is a dyed fabric with known and repeatable poor crocking behavior that is cut into 2” x 6” pinked edge pieces. There are 25 pieces per pack. The fabric has a face and a back. The darker side is the face, and this is the side that should be rubbed. A data sheet with the dry and wet crocking results, and certificate of conformity for each production lot, is included in each pack.


Blotting paper is an absorbent nonwoven material used in several AATCC test methods for water resistance or repellency (TM 8, 35, 42, 70, and 116). It can be cut to size as needed.
The 10″ x 10″ size blotting paper contains 100 sheets/pack and is used in AATCC Test Method 70 Water Repellency: Tumble Jar Dynamic Absorption Test.
